Wow, that's looking really nice, I especially like that radiator you got going there. Makes me want to strip my antec 900 case, sand it, prime it, and paint it ferrari red or something else..... my poor airbrush doesnt get nearly enough use as it is. Too bad it's winter... too cold to be outside airbrushing.

Keep up the awesome work, I can't wait to see the rest of it!

Yeah, I will, shouldn't be too bad, I don't think i'll have to sand it or anything, the outer coat is pretty rough and it should hold primer pretty well, figure a few coats of primer, 4+ coats of paint, and a crap load of clear coating, nice and thin each time. Hmm, I can't wait til it warms up... painting in this cold humid weather would make it too easy to get a hazy paint job.... :(

I probably wont' even have to do much masking for anything too, since the window and whatnot pops out so easy. I'll be able to leave all the mesh flat black.. should go nicely with a ferrari red or ferrari yellow type paint job.... maybe do a sunburst or something cool like that... nah... solid gloss red... that'd be a sweet case.

Darn this inspiration!

Lol, I still can't wait for you to finish your case, after seeing what you've done.

Alright guys, change in plan!!
I've decided to grab the DFI LanParty Dark P35-T2RS motherboard instead of the ASUS P5K-E/Wifi. The DFI board will match the color scheme way better and will look cooler.
Heres a pic:

Also, I've decided to get a Corsair XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800Mhz (Cas4) kit instead of the Crucial Ballistix kit. Reason being is that it again matches the color scheme better and because it has better cooling. I'll also eventually be getting a second kit to have 4GB of RAM.
Heres a pic of the RAM:

What do you guys think?
Suggestions? Comments?

Your build is looking good man
You know, just a thought here, you dont need to paint pin stripes these days, there is a never ending assortment you peel and apply. There are litterally thousands of designs ,shapes colors etc to chose from. You make a mistake, peel it off and try again.I personally would use automotive quallity striping because it stays where you put it better. Here is a link to an awsome site for ideas! The LEDs on the Ballistix are mostly orange with some nice green thrown in for contrast, with a slight blue glow coming from the LEDs on the bottom to light up the DIMM Slot. Thinking the LEDs would be a better touch then the grey heatsink of the Dominators, the orange is enough to light up most of my case with a awesome hue. That, and them babies fly, excellent overclockers.
