As for names, stay away from Nemesis. It's been taken by Monarch (went out of business) for a series of top end gaming systems. Scored a 9/Kicka** from MaxPC, I believe. Sunkist however sounds cool.

Sunkist would be cool if you really went for the black and orange theme though.
Painting the inside of the case orange, and all the hardware, brackets, and mounting places, (optical stuff) black and have the outside black with orange trim/pinstriping could look cool too..

I don't think it would be too hard, some tape, patience.....and more patience....and perhaps some paint thinner when you mess up =P
As long as you sand it all the way down to the metal, it'll be all gravy, the bumps in some bumpy-style paint jobs would make it look unclean/fuzzy

DFI makes a great board, and it would look sick in that application.
I have a lanparty in my main box, actually and i love it, but it was last gen AMD, so i dunno what it's lga775 offerings are like. (asus and i don't get along, so i'm bias as well :P)

Definitely do something to pretty-up that PSU...(orange?)

I like both ASUS and DFI, I'm leaning towards the DFI board because of colors.... The DFI is cheaper then the ASUS so....yea probably getting the DFI! YAY!!!
