| T-Rex | Looking good Parker. Pretty much on par with what you should expect from a Quad with a 8800GT vanilla. Totally jealous of that CPU score btw :( Getting 3400 here with a E8400 @ 4ghz. Futuremark greatly rewards (likely too much, lol) quads in it's benchs. With the proper tweaking you can probably get this baby over the 15,000, something which is gonna take me all my strength, lol. Expect a 4.25Ghz+ OC on the CPU and a somewhat extreme OC on my G92 from me, I'm not gonna let you win so easily! :P |

| Colonel Calamity | 5960 on a quad? with the specs in your sig? Yeah that is a bit low but expected, your video card is holding you back (like I have room to talk with my X1950GT )some of the highest ever 3DMark scores are with the 8800s or HD2900XTs ![]() Thanks HL and Corsair! I'm too cheap to upgrade right now... I'll think about it when the 9800 series rolls into the picture. - Core 2 Quad Q6600 - DFI Infinity 975X - 4GB Corsair XMS2 w/ DHX DDR2-800 - 250GB Seagate 7200.10RPM + 160GB Hitachi 5400.4RPM - ATi Radeon X1900XT 256MB - Cooler Master Centurion 5 + OCZ StealthXStream 600W - Acer 19" P191W Monitor - Logitech Z-5500 Digital + Logitech MX Revolution - Vista Ultimate x64 | |

| Muhuhahahaha | Alrighty guys, so this weekends been real busy, haven't been able to do much.... played some games though! And Sunday was my 15th Bday ![]() Anyways, as far as BSOD's, I've firgure it out thanks to all the helpful people here! ![]() I've got XP running and I think I'll stick with XP for now. But I know vista will work, just need to install a certain SATA/RAID Driver and such that I didn't install before (hence the BSOD's). So, I've been playing games over the weekend and I absolutely love the graphics the GT gives me!!! :D I also got to some OC'ing of the card (thanks a bunch polo!!!!), it's stable at 700/1717/1003 atm. I also scored 13k in 3DMark06 (I'll get a pic of that later on ). I'm about to take everything apart and see how it all fits in the case, so I'm going to venture out into the shop for a little while.... ;) But as far as I know.... I love this build!!!! :D ![]() Can't touch dis. ![]() |

| Sounds awesome man. I've been following this log along every now and again since you started it and it turned out to be a sweet little machine. Congrats on getting it 'finished'. I gotta use that term loosely since we all know we're never really done when we're 'done'.
