One thing, you need more ICD7 than that for optimal cooling. About twice as that seems like the good amount.
I might have to go and remount my heatsink then, that's about what i was using too.

And those tornado's are freaking loud... my friend had one. Wow. Loud.

Haha, well that BSOD had nothing to do with the keyboard.

Ok guys, just for an update here.
I've gotten XP working just fine, got the SATA, Audio, LAN, Chipset and all the nVidia drivers installed. Got SP2 installed and all the windows updates done.
I just need to activate windows, install the video card drivers, DirectX 10 and it'll be all set. I will do this tomorrow morning.

After I have XP fully working and everything, I'm going to use the other 500GB drive and work on getting Vista up and running smoothly, just so that I know Vista is fully compatible.

I'll let you know how it all goes! Thanks for all the comments guys

Alrighty, So I got the video drivers and all installed.
Everythings going smoothly. Coretemp reads 45 / 46 / 47 / 49c idle on the cores.
Everest is reading about 47c idle on the gpu.
I need to put more ICD7 on the proc as apparently I don't have enough :aetsch: I also need to put some on the NB/SB/Mosfets and the GPU.
Everything is running on stock cooling for now, I hope to get my CPU waterblock soon.

As we speek I am running memtest86, been running for 7 minutes so far with 0 errors. I'm supposed to boot into memtest right? cuz thats what I did...
Isn't there a way to run memtest inside the OS?

Booting into memtest is probably the best way to do it.

Use memtest86+, it's the most reliable version out there imo. Also no, there's no way to run it inside the OS.

MemTest: RAM reliability tester for Windows

I use this as it stresses in the actual windows environment instead of a DOS based one.
