Thanks, but it's all because of my dad!
I grew up working with my dad in the shop, now I work in the shop by myself a lot, it's all because of the things my dad has taught me... brings tears to my eyes almost, I love him

Haha, it's my money not my parents...
Although, I do get loans every once in a while, but they get paid off a week or so later.

Wow, where do you live?

BTW, you would notice a difference in Photoshop with the 32MB cache over the 16MB, especially if you use the same files over and over again. Same for games with levels. They'll load faster with 32MB of cache. That's what I've read, but I personally have not had the chance to test it myself.
Hhhmmm... I'll check it out, I'd be buying two of them, one for Gaming, one for everything else I do, but I don't know if it's worth $30 more vs. just getting the 16MB version.
I'll sleep on it

Keep up the good work!
Will do, thanks for all the encouragement here guys!
It really helps me to keep going! (or in other words "spend more and more money"...)

Gnite dudes!

Yeah, I've learned most my stuff working with my brother. It's how I know car audio and wiring (for remote starts and stuff).

Oh, it's my money too... But they won't let me get a bank account for a BS reason... Oh, and I kinda need a valid permit/license to get one anyways, so I can't do that (mine permit's been expired since August).

And yeah, I'm 17...

I don't really want to get a bank account, I like to know that my money is in "my" hands, not the "governments" hands.

I'm 14, will be 15 next month on the 16th

Hey Parker...this just came to me,and maybe someone with more knowledge can help out here. What if you get the 2 HDD,one of each...1 16MB cache and 1 32 MB cache? Will that combo work? Utilize the 32 for the heavier work load?Just an idea :hmmmm:

So your saying: Use the 32MB cache drive for my main OS (with all my intensive programs) and use the 16mb cache drive for the gaming drive?

That might be a good idea...

Or were you referring to doing RAID0?

I don't know anything about RAID except that it kills bugs dead.
I would think that a 32MB cache would be better for gaming,as far as load times.I was just throwing something out there, with hopes that someone with more knowledge about it will give you some input on the idea.

Hhmmm, well I don't want to do any kind of RAID, in this build at least...

The reason I was thinking about having the 32mb cache drive for the main OS is because I do programs like photoshop, I don't do a whole lot of gaming......
But, well.... I can't decide!!! lol

I may just end up getting two of the 32mb cache drives, or I can get two 320GB 16mb cache drives for $11 cheaper..... what do you think?
