ok, my batteries just came in today (25 x CR2032 for <19 bucks [Radio shack is 5 bucks each])

And turns out the plan to use the altoids tin as a ground is out. The tin doesn't conduct.

Although I could try and file down the paint.....

[edit] ok Woot! it totally works!!! there is an anti-static/anti-electric paint cover on it, and once you file it down, it conducts perfectly (makes sense.... considering its made of 100% metal underneath. lol)

I realized there is no possible way to do it via series and use the tin as a ground, so I'm just gonna wire it all together inside.

Would that have a significant increase in battery life w/o messing up the luminosity?
