I was even more lazy and despite saying I would post pictures I didn't...
So now i will

I have cut the holes ready to cut out the square section with the fret saw

Square sections cut with fret saw

Semi circles cut so that drivers fit (they don't have to be neat as they wont be seen.

Drivers fit they will be countersunk in so that they are flush with the wood.

The sheet on the left will form the sides of the cab once it is cut in half and sanded down to size.

Started to make coundersink for driver to sit in.

Further work on the countersink.

Driver sits deeper into the wood. Still more work is needed to get it flush with the face of the wood.

The driver almost fits now just abit more to do on this one and then ill start work on the hole for the second driver.

yeh they wont let me use the one at school apparently you have to be 18!!!!
