Ahaha, well for this build... I need a short video card, this 8800GT is like the shortest I could find. xD
And I know that the GTX260 is much longer... and it wouldn't fit in the........ er, wait. It's a secret.

For my next build, I MIGHT be interested in that GTX260, maybe. We'll see.

Can the air cooler take the extra heat. More volts = more heat. (you know that!)

Weird 8800GT layout. Normally that chip your use to voltmod isn't on the edge of the card.

And yes yellow, that cooler is more than sufficient for a voltmod. 8800GTs really don't get all that hot.

Yea it's a non reference design 8800GT, I needed something small, but with the power.

Heres a link:
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GV-NX88T512HPV1 GeForce 8800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Yeah, makes me wonder why they didn't use the reference design. It's rare to see OEMs redesign the PCB for the sake of it, usually there's a reason behind.

SFF.

Thats the main reason I liked the card, because it's no longer than my mATX mobo.
