I'd get the B&D if I were you. I might be be picking one up in the future, as I really need a rotary tool for some of my future mods.

i was only thinking of this Rotozip Spiral Saw Kit With Zipmate Attachment - RZ05-2100 at The Home Depot because it can hack thicker peice of acrylic, metal and plastic due to higher amperage...
if i use again the B&D rotary on my current situation it will end the same fate as my dremel's death...

btw the aluminum cutting of my case took me 12 blades before i finished it... approx 3 1/2 including spraying it with black paint....

The acrylic was 1/2'' behind the edge of the base. It was flared out to help create the illusion it was floating/rolling allowing for the under glow of the lighting.

Let the paint completely dry (give it a full day under warm heat) and then use some 600 or 800 grit sandpaper to sand out the bad spots and get it flat. Then you can finish up sanding with 1000 or 1200 grit if it looks like it needs to be more smooth before you apply another coat of paint. The blobs of paint usually mean you are applying too much paint at one time (probably caused by holding the can too close and moving it too slowly). Try just spraying a very light coat and let it dry, then apply another light coat over the top again. Repeat this process (with or without sanding) until you've got everything filled in to your liking. Remember to let the paint dry COMPLETELY before applying a new coat.

alright the parts are coming one at a time and the last batch of parts are coming friday...

i just want to ask which one is better layout for WC with a both CPU and GPU running hot this one :

Reservoir > Pump > CPU > GPU > RAD > Reservoir

or this one:

or this one:

the principle for the later one is that freshly cooled coolant coming from Radiator going to the Blocks might give me a better cooling... anyone share some thoughts?

I have the pump going directly to the CPU, with the rad after the CPU. This gives more flow to the CPU block. And with the Fuzion being somewhat restrictive, this is the best thing.

And what parts are coming in? I thought you already had all the water cooling stuff?

i got everything set at Reservoir>Pump>CPU>GPU>RAD>Reservoir, just asking if that setup is good... so i see my CPU is tad crappy with heat and all... i cant OC without breaking 56C load...

in any case, i am just waiting for the new set of tygon tubes and the rest of the parts from DD store to come in tomorrow so i can start putting everything back to the CM Mystique mod...

That setup looks good. Identical to mine, but without the GPU.
