no not at all, those elbow minimized the use of tubings and space, and also made the whole loop kink free, the flow is good and did i mention that i'm loving my 3yate loon fans...
the ID of the elbow is 1/4" and it only cover 2" of flow rate, it doesnt restrict it at all, it made the fluid travel faster towards the Radiator...

no, i'm running at stock speed and vcore right now with all the temp as i mentioned... it never been able to make the temp lower than 36C in WC, i can get it low as 28-34C only if i open the sliding door by my table and let the freezing weather to cool it down...

and believe me, with this hell of CPU it only run stable with 1.46V for 3.014GHZ at fsb 335.... i get bsod if i lower it to 1.45, or it freeze on me...

Be sure to the get the G0 stepping of the Q6600 if you are planning to overclock. I believe the B2 is the good stepping for the dual cores (my E6420 is a B2, and it overclocks very well).

Then again, most E6600 will reach around 2.8-3.0Ghz on stock vCore.

thats what i've been seeing around the net, most of them just bump the FSB, but i've seen a handful of people like me having a bad e6600 cpu, and with this handful of people some of them have the same mobo and ram like the one i'm using right now the Corsair 800mhz...
