Its too humid in dallas, I would get condensation on my rig and poof nothing to cool off anymore.

Do that here and all you would do is end up with a block of ice and cracked plastic, I've run a duct from my AC vent to my rig before, but that was a temporary fix while diagnosing a overheating issue. Cpu temps were good but human temps were a killer without the AC coming into the room

awesome mods... i wouldnt mind mounting my radiator in a window if own my house....
