Coolant is the liquid that is inside the loop or the flowing through the tubes. People most commonly use a mixture of distilled water and anti-freeze as a coolant. People also often sbustitute a different liquid than anti-freeze such as Zerez or Water Wetter to increase thermal efficiency. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220

| hopefully, in my next rig, i'll get a water cooling solution. They just look way too kool to pass up. | It does look pretty cool and I might try it some time. Unfortunately I do not like to constantly tweak and maintain cooling or an overclock in a rig. This is also the machine were I test hardware so I like to keep things 100% stable. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |

Let me think... i'll estimate his setup... the radiator would be approximately 40 dollars. Panaflo high speed maybe 10 dollars The tubing which im assuming is tygon would be only 3-5 dollars. the cpu block probably 40-50 dollars Pump wold be..... 25-30 dollars. Any other blocks would be around 30 dollars. Oh and the fillport would be 10-20 Lets see how close i get.... ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220

i like that little thing. As long as it won't fall off and own all my hardware. lol E2140 @ 375 x 8 = 3.0ghz 2x1 ocz system 1337s pc2-6400 5-5-5-15 @ 450mhz gigabyte P35 S3L eVGA 7600GT Stock 120 gig seagate ULTRA X-Finity 600w Sonata 2 w/ top fan G5 Lazer Mouse

As long as you secure it... ![]() thats the other thing too, if you don't run your loop through a proper leak test you run the risk of springing a leak and killing all your components. I guess being a hardcore w/c enthusiasts has its pluses and minuses. :D ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220
