2 feet is a pretty good height, small enough to fit onto a table and not be a hassle to move around. Lookin good Yellow, just make sure your cables are long enough to reach from the mobo to the second self.

Thanks for the enthusiasm guys... Well, I'm pretty much done for today. Tomorrow I plan on drilling all the holes and bolting it all together. I don't know how I'm gonna manage the motherboard tray though, as it in my main rig (which I'm selling) so I can't take it out very easily... Or I'm just lazy... So I might end up taking the measurements from this website: FormFactors.org but most likely that will have to wait until I get a new board, or if I can't sell my main rig, then I'll take it out and do all the measurements. We'll see.
