Well things like the motherboard stand off holes, and the mounting holes for the side panels and such, I am just going to put screws in them to keep the threads clean from the powder coating.

Many parts that are powder coated have bolt holes in them, and the shop uses a special rubber plug that withstands up to 700 degrees F to plug off screw holes and bolt holes. I just figured I could get a jump on it by installing screws instead.

Thats true. Don't worry, Blake is actually working on SOTO... he's just not going to update his thread until he's done. I've got the inside word.

Ok, got a call from the powder coating shop today, to tell me that the case was DONE!!!!

That came as a large surprise, as the last I was told, the powder wouldn't be in until sometime Tuesday, and it wouldn't be completed until Tuesday maybe Wednesday!

I really don't understand why these new pictures almost look orange rather than the Candy apple red that it really is, other than the fact that my piece of crap camera just don't have what it takes to get the colors correct

It is after all about a 4 year old 2.1 mega pixel H freaking P camera

The shot of the inside of the case.

The back.

The blank side of the case.

The front of the case without the door or anything else

Ahhhh the window side with the awesome brushed HL fan port!!!

Some of the front door parts.

The front door parts again, with the harddrive cage and front fan grill.

Well that about sums it up for tonight, as now I have the task of painting the plastic parts, like feet, side handle, top usb ports, parts of the front door, etc...

Will get some of the pictures of this case as I am assembling it in the next 2 or 3 nights!!!
