Default Re: RMA - Asus

Well, my board was finished and shipped out today. They shipped it FedEx 2-day shipping so when it's all said and done I should see it on Wed. March 12. It will be a total of 3 weeks since I've shipped ot out to it being returned to my hands.
Overall, I would have to say was ok, not horrible but nothing stellar either. Took about a day and a half to get an RMA number and it took the usual 10 day process to get through RMA process. The only real poor part of the whole thing(other than not having my board) was the fact that the online "repair status" section to check how far along the board was in the whole process was down.

Yeah, information flow and timeliness aren't what ASUS is known for.

when you finally get it(will most likely take a couple days), be prepared no to have whatever your sending them for a good month or so. It takes them 2-3 days to receive it even after it arrives to them.
