| Re: Logitech i had to rma a wireless logitech keyboard/mouse combo last year. the bluetooth sensor just stopped working. for some reason, i couldn't find the receipt and the serial number on the keyboard had worn off. so here i was talking to logitech support telling them i had no proof of purchase or serial number of the keyboard. they still let me return it and sent me a brand new keyboard/mouse combo. i thought that was awesome.  |
