Default Re: EVGA RMA

I received notification yesterday that my old video card had been received by eVGA and my new one is on it's way. I am expecting to receive the new video card on Wednesday, with a total turn around time of 2 weeks. So far the whole process has been pretty painless. I created the RMA online, received a shipping label by email, and shipped the package by UPS. No hassle and no talking to customer support, doesn't get much easier then that.

I haven't had any problems with my 7900gt aside from it coming with the wrong BIOS entirely, but i second eVGA being awesome with customer support.
We RMA'd a card for a customer that was all burnt up trying to run on far less power than the card required. We sent them back basically a GPU and a melted ball of plastic, and they sent us back a brand new card. In under 2 weeks time it was back in our hands.

Good luck hitman!

it doesn't say what they are sending. I am expecting another 7900GT, that way if it's an upgrade I will be surprised. I think they should upgrade me since thats the 3rd card to go belly up on me. If I had called them I probably would have been able to get an upgrade, but I hate talking to customer service.

Ok I am suprised!! I got my video card replacement from eVGA today. They sent me an 8800GTS 320mb VC to replace my 7900GT. eVGA did me right once again.
