A quick note: DScaler quit working on me, something about my videocard not supporting something that it needed to run...?

No. I never do. I got rid of it, and got ChrisTV Lite instead. Much better program, and integrated with my remote control! woot!

I used an RF Modulator to look @ my videos from my DV Camera and rip them to my compy @ full fps. USB would always seem to be at like 20 fps.

RF Modulator takes R/C/A and puts it into a cable (like the tv cable)
and I popped that into my tv tuner and selected cable as a source. I should do some gamecubing with that ;)

if you do it that way, still you'll need a program. ChrisTV is the best that I've used so far.
