I just picked up the Acer p241W at Staples for about $340 (on sale). It isn't the best monitor available but I like it as an upgrade from my 19" 1280*1024.

I'd try to get one locally (try Craig's list) rather than through ebay.

a decent 22" would prolly be better suited to you. i was considering buying a 24" as an upgrade for my 19"widescreen, but found that it wouldnt be worth it. the samsung 226bw screens are good, as well as some of the asus ones, just depends on the model.

Get two of these. 2ea 21.6" Monitors = $328 shipped after rebates.

Yup ... that is two nice monitors for $328 to your door.

Staples Hanns-G 21.6" Monitor $190

Buy separately and use 2 coupons ... and make sure to read the fine print for the "Rebate" and qualify for 2 rebates. [Make copies of your rebate forms etc.]

Use 2 of these

I found this at a local retailer but they also ship nationally. Pretty good deal I think.
