| HL's Technomancer | Oh man, the mouse I bought for my first system was a MX510, same color. Got it some 4 years ago, when it was top of the line and had the highest tracking. I've used that baby since I got it daily here until about a week ago. The teflon feet are long gone, the paint job fading away, covered in scratches and wear and tear but the little champ keeps right on plugging away like it did when I first opened it up. Awesome mouse, definitely want to see a versus with the G5 ![]() |

| Haha, I'm still using one of those Compaq "ball" (no laser) mouses! Maybe it's time for an upgrade................ E8400 DFI Blood Iron P35-T2RL 4GB G.Skill 800MHz Sapphire Radeon HD3870 512MB Silverstone DA650W WD 250GB + Seagate 320GB |

My gf's mom uses the ball, and I'm gonna be honest, except for games, that mouse is really good. Requires 1/5 the desk space as a laser mouse. unless U were using a ball-tracked mouse, not the type with a big red ball on it that U move with your thumb. | |

| The new G5, does it have any other features besides the new forward button, or is that it? I just set my "back" button as middle click instead, because middle clicking with the scroll wheel seems a bit clumsy Opteron 64 165--1.5GB DDR--ECS KA1 MVP(thanks HL!)--x1800GTO 256MB--Seagate 320GB SATA--Antec 550 Watt--Antec P180 |
