My laptop has a dual-screen setup, with the second screen being a 17" CRT. It's actually quite useful. The second screen is used for iTunes or my FTP program (to transfer files to the Xbox). There's other things there too.

Upstairs on the Dell, however, I only have one 17" screen. I wish I got the 2005FPW like Drew.

BTW, did Drew tell you guys how he got the second 2005FPW?

He didn't tell me how.

I have two 17" monitors. Widgets are a nice thing for dual-monitor users.

Anyways, he had only one 2005FPW at a point. It had white hues along the sides of the monitor on black screens (even mine does that), so he called Dell for a replacement. They sent him another one, but never really asked for the original back. Lol.

Drew cheaped out Dell!

Yes, the truth has been revealed broseph (as you say).

hehehe, now now, they never sent me my return label. And! in my defence, I called them three times asking if they were going to send me one so they could get their monitor back, but they never did. The best part is you can only see the light areas when the screen is completely black.... which is.... never. So I basically have two perfect monitors for the price of one!

And yet you still have that dumb Dell on your signature

But, we must stay on topic. Bottom line, dual_monitor=="good thing"; but I personally wouldn't pay extra for it.

Hey, it's my rig. I don't have my own yet, so I gotta live with the Dell.
