I'm not sure if this means anything, but the mp3 is listed as LostSanctuaryJazz OC.m?3. So, what is a .m?3 file?

sometimes the install program uses mp? or m?3 in the setup files to make it tougher for people to extract a specific files from the executable

open up a command prompt (start>Run>cmd) and type

Code:
chkdsk C: /R
Change "C:" to fit the drive if applicable. You'll probably need to reboot.
