| Silence..Or I kill you! | I have used Diskeeper now for about 3 years. It works great and is a ton faster at defraging large harddrives. One thing that I have found out in the last year or so, is that there diskkeeper pro is a little better. As a person starts filling up a harddrive, your master file table or MFT will start to fill up as well. Now granted, you can dig, and dig, and find how to change the size of your MFT within windows defrager, but diskkeeper has the ability to change this in the system setting! It will check and if your size is say, 80%, it will suggest what to resize the MFT at and perform that task...It just makes one of the nagging chores a little bit easier. |

I've used O&O before, it's alright but since I do a defrag each day I find the windows one does the job perfectly fine. :) Yep each day boy, my winos is almost runnin like that thang called linix. :P

| I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal. | Quote:
It's sort of like picking up/cleaning a very messy room. After everything is organized, it takes a lot less effort and energy to stay on top of it if you pick up on a daily basis, rather than waiting for it to get thrashed again.

| I'll defrag once a week, I think everyday may be a bit overkill but if you like it then I won't stop you. :P ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |

| I use Diskeeper Professional 9. I really like the Boot Time Defragmentation, which I use about once a week. I'd be very interested in seeing more software reviews, especially things like registry cleaners and malware programs. |

| I don't know if they plan on any software reviews since it's mainly hardware driven here. |
