No "easy integration" should I add, because it is technically possible to integrate it in FF (I tried it myself) but it's a far from perfect solution.

try the "PDF Download" Addon for FF.. this lets you open as html, download, open with program or cancel... this way you have the choice to do whats needed....

also when you get it, get the msi version for Windows... it installs a few better options than the exe/zip does

I have no idea what this is supposed to mean, sorry. Are you saying this is not available with Foxit Reader? Is this a good thing or bad thing? Does it really matter since it will open up either way anyway?

i think he means that Adobe is setup to open within the browser window itself with IE or FF... but that is also used as a PDF browser exploit by some nasty viruses so that is why I removed Adobe at least a year or more ago.
