Found the option of tagging Mp3 files in FlexiMusic Wave Editor, editing and converting software. From the file menu, choose "File Properties (ID3 Tags)" option, with this option the mp3 files can be tagged. All the Mp3 files can’t be tagged at a time; it has to be tagged individually.

Welcome to Hardware Logic Magie! Thanks for your input. I'll have to take a look at that one here soon. Some of us have thousands of MP3's archived so we look for a program that can automatically update all the tags on it's own. I personally have over 40Gb of songs, so doing it individually would take the next 50-11 years.
