1) Format then install windows
2) Install drivers
3) Install nF4 SW IDE driver
4) BSOD, go to step 1. Don't repeat step 3.
You wouldn't know how much times this happened, while at other times on the same setup nothing bad happened. Nvidia SW IDE drivers are teh suck, so-said performance increase you're supposed to get (hey you see, add 30 seconds to boot time and you might shave a few seconds while loading a game :O ) it's just not worth the trouble of trying. See, I won't install those ever again...or maybe i'll try... :P |
