Mostly copy/paste to another internal HDD, but I also burn a lot of CD's (yep, definately need to get a DVD burner).

Having a second HDD is nice but you could lose both if a PS goes or so I've heard.

My Valuable stuff like Pictures, documents, projects, and some ISO's are stored on a Removable HD I keep in a fire proof box.

My normal Data is kept on a Raid 5 array, although its not a backup, it saves me from drive failure.
