Edit: I couldn't help but notice your signature. You wrote Athlon XP, 1215MHz (11x110).
As far as I can remember, there's no Athlon XP clocked this way. There's Athlon XP 1400+ (Thoroughbred core) which are either 9x/12x multiplier and a 1200MHz frequency, Athlon MP 1200 (Palomino core) which are 9x multiplier and 1200MHz and that's it.
Is this an error in your writing? If not, you might have an incorrectly set frequency, thus slowing your CPU.

if I remember right, some later AthlonXPs were downclocked because the BIOS did not correctly see the proper multiplier or fsb... for example my Barton 3000+ is 10.5 x 200 for 2.1GHz... if it is a 3200+ (11 x 200) and set at 110 instead of 200, that would explain the lower fsb.
I would suggest using CPU-z and see if it is a 3200+... if so, go into the bios and change the front side bus back to 200... that will help your current system.

Barton Cores used multipliers anywhere from 9 to 16 including some at halves like my 3000 (10.5) and my XPM 2600+ that is 15 x 133 for 1995MHz.

I really dont know the reason. I have successfully overclocked it to 1.3 Ghz but after i repalced my fried motherboard with MSI K7, the system began to freeze at the same overclocked settings so i decreased the fsb until the system got stable.

I did not spend any time to correct the issue as I had recently fried my motherboard and didnt want to take another risk.

I dont want to hijack this thread, i have created a new thread with my CPU-z result here:

Did you get to try SumatraPDF more extensively Ibn Saeed? I saw that sometimes the bookmarks won't work in certain PDF. To fix this, in SumatraPDF go to View and untick "Use MuPDF rendering engine". This should fix the problem, if you get it.
