Any good reputable PSU (Brandname) in the 350 / 400 watt range will be fine including the one you linked to. Personally I like to deal with NewEgg but that could be a matter of your location.

That would probably be fine for the system you have listed in your signature, but I wouldn't plan on using it in a mid-range system of today.
