the only difference i can see between the two PSU's are the types of Pci-E connectors. the Crossfire version has 2x 6 pin and 2x 6+2 pin Pci-E where as the standard has 4x 6 pin Pci-E connectors.

That 750W is really a bit of overkill. But you can be damned sure you'll have 750W continuous with one of those babies. You may want to check the 610W. The PC Power & Cooling PSU's, OCZ bought them out a few months ago, are really the quality leader for PSU's. I'm perfectly happy with an OCZ, Corsair, or Tagan myself. I'm currently running the ABS/Tagan BZ700W after my beloved OCZ 700W died. And that OCZ died due to other factors totally unrelated to the product itself.

When I got the Tagan, it was listed at $169 with a $40 MIR. Dunno why they jumped in price so much. Must have gotten a great review somewhere.

The only difference appears to be the fact that the higher priced one is a Crossfire edition. If you don't intend on using Crossfire, no need to get that one for sure.

I agree with Quake, the 750w will be overkill for you. Go with the 610w and you should have plenty of power.
