| well...i have never had a problem with UPS, but when i was gonna order my antec p180, i wanted to use fedex for extra security, the basic fedex was $60....so i went with UPS for $20...got here 2 says late do to some probs at teh UPS ghub Opteron 64 165--1.5GB DDR--ECS KA1 MVP(thanks HL!)--x1800GTO 256MB--Seagate 320GB SATA--Antec 550 Watt--Antec P180 |

| T-Rex | Yeah that's what I thought, since there's like 15amps getting out of my wall it's somewhat crazy to think a video card could take 30A. :P I tested my XT a bit, i'm still learning it and since i'm at work I don't have much time but I was able to squeeze a 12k on 3DMark05. That said it's true my PSU makes some weird noise, but it's not the only one. Just about every PSU is making this noise when fully loaded, I think some people simply can't hear it maybe. Edit: I just checked my ORB, it was a small OC, 680 core and 792mem. "Barely" over XTX speeds. Cat 6.6 though. Edit 2: Oh another thing, is it normal it's being recognized as ATI RADEON X1900 XTX in my ORB project details? |
