Polo, do you have anyone in the States you trust to send the money to for a new PSU? They could then ship it to you with a stated value of less than what it actually is. After all, if someone buys it and decides to "sell" it to you for $5, what can Canada do about it?

Not sure what it would cost in Canada, but here in the states it is right at a $100.00!!!

Tested my PSU with Antec PSU Tester, all green lights. Green though means the voltage is ± 10% from spec. My 12V is slightly over 5%, which means it's out of spec for this PSU reading brochure over @ Antec.com.
Red means over, orange under.
I'll have to grab a multimeter to check the 12V by connecting the contacts on the tester. =/
