Similar being the keyword there. Enermax takes some liberties with pendantics, claiming the world's first external SATA port in front, which is technically correct. The Kingwin in question mounted utilizes a side mounted SATA port, towards the bottom of the chassis.

Thanks for the update guys. Not a super important issue but it does show the extent that HL goes to make sure we are informed totally.

well, I think people like to point out issues with other people's work....its the nature of the beast.
He had valid points, that may or may not be issues, but deserved to be pointed out. Like I said, we review components based on who submits them....if a company's name is on box, thats who gets credit for it.

A lot of times companies will RMA the specific part that is broken, for example the Fan, power switch or whatever. Most of the time they will just send you a replacement part no questions asked. The best place to start is the contact page on their website. I usually email everyone that is listed until I get the answer I want. If that doesn’t work phone calls are also very effective. If you are persistent you will have a mail box full of case fans :)

Exactly right. The last time I had to have a replacement part shipped was when the front mounted LCD temp display on an X-Dreamer II case was defective. They just popped a new one in the mail and that was that.

Oh i'm not saying they won't give you another, it's just weird to RMA a fan (at least in Canada) because you'll likely pay more shipping than the value of that fan.
