Some History on the creators of FEAR, Monlith games developed the Lith Engine for the Game Blood many many years ago (pre HalfLife) Blood and its sequel Blood 2 were both horror based games. In fact in Blood 2 they included a take off scene from the shinning where two little girls (twins) appeard in the hallway for a few seconds then dissapear. They also payt homage to Perdator with a small "workshop" that has skulls, predator spears etc on the walls complete with glowing green blood on the floor. The atmoshpere in FEAR is very similar to thier earrlier work. The developers and writers there really do a great job building the tension and creating the horror setting. anyway I thought you guys would get a kick out of knowing that :P "For the good of all of us, except the ones who are dead..."
