| Do not water cool if you are budget conscious and averse to tinkering with your machine. There isn't such a thing as great, budget water cooling. Water cooling provides questionable marginal returns on investment. It will always be a poor choice for the cost conscious. The gains are often considerable only if you are willing to plough in sizable sums, at least compared with high end air cooling. However, it will allow you to improve on load temps and/or minimize sound levels. I personally haven't met a top performing silent water cooling system because enthusiasts are ever willing to have multiple triple or quad radiators and multiple pumps. Havings aid that, I spend a very large sum on water cooling annually because this is my hobby, because it pushes my performance envelope, and because it ultimately makes me happy. |

| Packers Fanboi | That's exactely what I'd like, lol. Out of my price range, though. I'm running a cheap coolermaster aquagate duo viva... got it used on ebay for cheap, and it does work better than air cooling that I've tried, at least the air cooling that would be in the same price range. Sure, it's not the best... but it works really, really well compared to stock. e6300@3.33ghz|Asus P5k-e WiFi| 4gb OCZ ReaperX|2x 3870's|1.3tb storage space|MSI tv tuner. |
