| What do you guys think the best positioning of a handful of LCD blue fans would be? Just looking to give the inside of my case a general blue glow. My case will have: 2x 120mm fans mounted to the underside of the top of the case. 2x 92mm exhaust fans at the back, under the psu. 2x 120mm fans on top of the GeminII (if I decide to go with it) 1x xxxmm fan for intake in the drive bays (depending with what I decide) I've figured that I could exchange LCD fans with pre-existing case fans, and that'd be best. I haven't considered mounting fans anywhere else in the case, not sure how well that would work. You guys know more about how an LCD fan would affect the lighting inside the case. I'm a little worried about a fan mounted behind mesh showing off extra light outside the case. All of this is merely hypothetical right now. Simply entertaining the thought ^^ |

| LEDs on the GeminII will look great if it's a windowed case. ![]() |

| Yeah, the case is windowed. Both fans on the GeminII? Is it enough light to light up almost everywhere in the case? |

| Modder-ator | If you had that many fans all with blue LEDs in them, your case would definitely have a blue glow ![]() However, if you are just looking to get some blue lighting in your case, you should consider getting some more quality fans that are black or clear and just getting a couple 12" Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lights (CCFL) and putting them in your case. They would produce much more light than the LED fans and can be had at very reasonable prices... |
