A few degrees better than AS5! I think I'll stick with ICD7 from now on, and the fact that it's non-conductive just is icing on the cake.

When my build is all setup I'll be comparing this IC7D, AS5 and AC MX-2.

Got my tube today, looked just like the others. I cleaned off the old AS5 with alcohol and a coffee filter. I squeezed a small (volume roughly equal to that of a pea) line of paste that runs along the dual cores.

Well it looks like ICD7 is the new champ! :P
You have to take into consideration that some people paste might have "caked" a bit like RangerXLT8 pointed out somewhere. After a certain time, I guess that AS5 loses a bit of it's heat transfer and need to be redone.
