Yeah, has to be pretty damn cold there.

I edited my post as to what the problem might be, but I would run Core Temp just for the hell of it.

Those readings are awfully low (the core temps). My guess is that speed fan is lying to you a little.

Here is something interesting. My laptop is sitting here (Core Duo) running Speed Fan and Core Temp. Interesting that Speed Fan shows me Core 0 and Core 1 as about 35 or 36 Degrees C while Core Temp is showing me about 52 to 54 Deg. C.

Want to try an experiment? Download and run Core Temp and Speed Fan at the same time. I place more stock in Core Temp on a Q6600 processor.

<EDIT> OK on a side note, Kathy got off her computer. She is running a Q6600 and I see about the same thing. Speed fan shows all four cores to be about 15 Degrees C. below what Core Temp shows me for the same cores. That runs with just about what I see on my laptop. Interesting also Speed Fan shows a CPU temp in excess of 100 Deg. C. on Kathy's machine so I can assume it is dead even though it runs just fine. My guess is that Speed Fan can't measure her system with any accuracy. </EDIT>

His case has a super large fan on top,(Antec 900) 2 intake,rear exhaust,and think about this,try to picture when I look from the top down,through the the large fan,I see the copper tubes from the HSF! That big ass fan is sucking the air right off of the HS...big time! The HSF,IMHO,probably isnt doing as much work,due to this fact.The heat is being drawn away from the tubes,before it reaches the fins on the HS.Coupled with the IC7D and the way the HSF and cabinet fans are set up.....should be able to (rape clock this unit) The way the HSF is situated,it also draws heat from the NB! Kinda towers over it! I am very pleased with this build and the way everything works together on it.

Doesn't matter what kind of air cooling he's using.
Your computer temps can't be under ambient temps if you have an air/water cooled setup.

OK, here is the problem. You have core temps of 13, 16, 7 and 12 degrees C. That is 55.4, 60.8, 44.6, and 53.6 degrees F. respectively. Now unless the ambient room temperature is below 44.6 degrees F. which I doubt something is lying to you. The temperatures you are seeing with speed fan make no sense regardless of cooling, short of having the machine in a refridgerator. That is why I suggested using Core Temp. Ambient room temperature is just that and you can't get lower than that.

Yeah...going to have to run core temp and see what that says. It's called wind chill man! Those fans are moving some serious wind cu3!

Yeah ... core temp is the most accurate I have found ... so relying on its read is best.

That's funny considering the whole deal concerning CoreTemp values lately.
It's best not to be relying on any program. :P

Theres quite a diff in the 2 programs.Room temp of 68F.(my build)

if the mobo isnt supported by speedfan it will screw up the temps. I cant use speedfan on my foxconn board because it will say the temps are running in the high 50's when in fact they are running in the mid 30's. I dont trust speedfan any further than I trust porn sites.
