It's definitely a DD Maze4 GPU block. That's what it was designed for, but of course, you can use it wherever you can get it to fit. It's pretty big though, so I would imagine the barbs would get in the way anywhere else other than on the vid card.

Rich, is that the block I sent to you in the care package? I can't remember if I threw one in or not, haha! At any rate, I used to have one, and it looked exactly like the one in the thread.

Haha, cool! Glad it found a good home. It's a strange sensation seeing something I gave you ending up being discussed in the forums by someone else. Maybe I'm just a simpleton. At any rate, it's a good feeling!

Default Well....

I guess you both will be happy to know then, that most of those parts are going to a very good use. I'm setting up a Science/Technology Demo/Experiment for the 6th grade class at St. Mary School (where my kids go).

And old motherboard and processor and memory with watercooling. With the motherboard standing up I can use that huge Maze4 gpu cooler on the cpu. We will plug it in to a monitor and keyboard and show them the bios temps changing.......different fan speeds etc.......also gonna make them fill and bleed the system with a t-joint and fill tube....(i am sure my old celeron D will give them a show) and the science teacher will take over from there.....he said he thought there were a boat load of science concepts he could demonstrate with it. Not to mention the kids will love seeing the guts of a computer water cooleed with UV etc. That should make science class a little more exciting for a few weeks. It will probably make all kinds of future Hardware Logic members. So thanks to both of you.

P.S. I will make sure I don't burn up another power supply this time.

That's awesome! Wish I had something like that to look at in elementary school. But then again, none of this was available when I was in elementary school. Ok, I wish I were in elementary school now and someone brought in a water-cooled rig!
