Oh, and just ran a 5 hour stress test (Prime95 and CPU Burn-in v1.01) and temps in CoreTemps hovered at about 50C and with NVMonitor it was at 40Cish. ![]() Last edited by Elysium; June 30th, 2007 at 17:27.

| Damn, nice pics. What case is that? What fans are you using for the GeminII? How did you get soooo good at wiring? I need tips, please. (Even though I did write a guide on wire management.) ![]() |

I cant remember what fans I used but it was just a set I found in our big box'o fans... Again.. temporary until I get something else... They are nice and quiet though.. I just have a knack for it... I have done alot of wiring in friends cases before.. I guess I just got good at it lol... It always helps to have a case with room to tuck and hide wiring though... ;)

| If you saw my new case's wiring (Thermaltake Armor Jr. - I canned the Chakra idea...don't want a full tower yet), you'd be surprised. I'm an awesome router for wiring in cases, but I had 0 time for this one, and I'm redoing it now. The wiring is horrible lol! And I'm using a new E6300, and right on the boot I got it to 2.1GHz stable...nothing special compare to average OCs, but a good start for only raising the FSB. Also, PLEASE use EVERY SINGLE SCREW THAT YOUR MOTHERBOARD IS MEANT TO USE! Sure, it's stable, but you can NEVER be sure or TOO CAREFUL. It's a PITA, but you gotta remove the cooler and put that screw in bro...honestly I wouldn't feel comfortable with anything happened to your system, let alone my own. |

| actually unless he modifies the mobo tray the heatsink has to be on when installed as it only attaches via hard mounted screws in the base bracket with nuts on the back... but it is something I would suggest because although the heatsink is not that heavy really.. but add fans.. then the possibility of moving it around... car rides... ect... it could be a problem.. |

| I wish I had a case with a removable mobo tray. Then I could screw in that screw. Oh, and Twizted, did you get that top left screw of the mobo in? Also, those HDD's are turned backward in the case, right? ![]() |

| Yeah they are backward... I was just using the same method Lokie used when he used the case.. they fit either way but look ALOT better this way.. And infact I did get that screw in... I am pretty anal about things like that when I do an install.. |

| Yeah Twizted, gotta hand it to you bro, your cable management is top-notch ![]() I'm in the same boat- it takes me about 4 hours to do a build Vs. 1 or 2 for the average person because I'm such a perfectionist about my wiring. I love opening a case and seeing nothing but the hardware without a spaghetti nightmare.
