| Colonel Calamity | ok found more specs on it for your guys, it is this one: Newegg.com - Thermaltake Extreme Volcano 12 80mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler - Retail for some reason the specs say 2000-5500rpm but every single fan monitor in my system (except Asus Probe2) all say up to 12,000 RPM at full speed... The Asus Probe2 shows the speed at half of what speedfan and other programs do... the new Scythe revision has updated clips for the AM2 and 775 sockets plus a better heatpipe setup for better heat transfer... I wont have my build started until end of next week or so, I don't know for sure myself ![]() Thanks HL and Corsair! My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members. | Back when I was on socket A I was considering to buy either that TT Volcano or the Thermalright SI-97. The Volcano was way too loud for my tastes so I went for the SI-97 and an Ultra High speed 92mm Panaflo. ![]() D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |

| I'm Diggin it! | I'll be reviewing the Thermaltake Bigwater 745 in the coming two weeks. It's a kit that has been getting some fairly decent reviews by other sites. However, since I've only water-cooled one computer, and that was over 4 years ago, I'll be able to objectively rate this on the ease of use for the beginner water-cooling enthusiast, which these forums are geared towards anyway. | Cool. I look forward to the review. Try and run the system for a prolonged period of time. I'm talking several months. Let me know if you experience any problems. Like leaks, stuff breaking, or anything like that. I don't have much experience with TT products but I've seen people complain about stuff the kits breaking on them. ![]() D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |

| I'm Diggin it! | Any thing in the kit that even remotely looks cheesy will be replaced prior to my using it long term. I'll do the review based on what they give the consumer, but if anything in it worries me, I know where the local hardware store is and I'm not afraid to use it! ![]() Q6600@ 3.2GHz w/ CNPS9700 | EVGA 780i | 4Gb Patriot Extreme DDR2-800 5-5-5-12 | EVGA GTX 280 1Gb Video | 1x WD 640Gb HDD, 2x Seagate 400Gb HDD, 1x250Gb WD | 2x Samsung SH-203B Opticals | Antec 900 | ABS/Tagan BZ700 700W PSU | Zalman ZM-MFC1 Fan Controller |

| I have ran a original TT big water system on my prescott for almost a year. I only cool the CPU, but i havent had 1 problem with it. I actually just installed one of those system that you will be reviewing onto a friends computer. He said that he has had no problems, but he has no installed a temp monitoring program. Actually not sure which to use with the C2D.
