It might if it's the G92 version (same PCB as the 8800GT, but with a couple extra V-REGs) but I think you'll be better off getting an aftermarket cool like the Thermalright HR-03 GT or something.

All this card does is push into the mobo..it has a plug coming from the fan that plugs right into it's own card.

I'm sorry thought you meant the power connector, not the SLI connector
most newer cards since the nvidia 7 series have the 6pin power connector and many newer cards have either 2x 6pin or 1x 8pin

Got my cooler in the mail today, looks pretty nifty. Gonna install it tonight and post my thoughts on it, hopefully with some pictures.
