Maybe the reason you are getting such high temps is because of your CPU. Give it a good lapping............. Using my Lapping your CPU Guide

The Zalman CNPS8000 should fit any hieight requirements you have. As far as fitting your mATX mobo, the sockets and placement should be no different than a full ATX board since those dimensions are standardized to avoid these types of issues.

Also, as Blake stated, you may be surprised what that case will hold.
