The fan came back on this evening, my room temp has risen. Smart mobo/dumb user! And Blake, all 4 of my fans are connected directly to the PSU however, the front intake and rear exhuast have leads that also connect to the mobo. The are not power leads but rather fan controller leads. Heres a question, my case came w/2-120mm chassis fans and 2-90mm fans that mount on the rear and on the top. The one that mounts on the top is connected directly to the PSU as stated earlier (no control leads) but does not ever activate. I've tried other PSU leads to no avail. Do I have bad fan? How can I test?

Sounds like a bad fan to me. If you have tried the fan with other connectors and other fans work fine....the fan must be bad
