I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

Wanted to update this thread. In the review I mentioned that the fan suspension broke in a couple of corners. It still worked fine, but I decided to process an RMA anyway. Scythe was very pleasant to communicate with. They asked where I bought it from, I supplied the info, and they emailed me an RMA number. Once they received it, I was issued a UPS tracking number and the replacement arrived today, on schedule. Rather than just replacing the fan, they swapped the whole heatsink for a new, retail boxed unit.

Thumbs up to Scythe for their customer service. Click the image to open in full size.

Good deal glad it worked for ya Paul.
No hassle with RMA is a good thing.
And they sent you a brand new unit............. 8)

Hey Paul. You mentioned in the review that Arctic Cooling suggests you orient the cooler so it blows the air through the heatsink toward the rear exhaust fan. Does this mean that the Arctic Cooling Freezer64 Pro can be installed any direction you want?
