There will always be some that keep their cards for years to come, whether as a backup, for troubleshooting, or for a less demanding rig (non gaming Linux PC, or a kids machine, etc), but I'd venture to say that most gamers either sell off their older cards, or relegate them to that spare parts bin that sits in the closet for decades. |
