The standard agreed rumor so far is 1GB of ram for the video card. Which in its own is already insane enough. I think The. Inq. is just throwing as much junk as they can right now to get publicity..

It will take more than some extra memory to make a good video card. I'm just afraid they are going to start down the path of Intel's Prescott and the 8800GTX as becoming too hot and power hungry to make it worth while. They did a great thing with the X1950Pro, now I just hope they can build on that little bit of momentum and keep progressing in that direction.

Yeah, the 8800GTX eats a lot of power and gives off way too much heat. I still want it though...
