just thought i'd add this in, according to Scan XFX do not offer a lifetime warrenty in the UK, its a 2 year standard warrent for us, but elsewhere says differently.

Yes, it does come with individual RAM heatsinks that each have thermal tape on their base.

i know its a bit off topic but what happens if a gpu fan stops spinning while its on?

GPU will start heating. Think of it as if your CPU fan stopped really, it's the same thing.
At some point your GPU will trigger it's overheating protection and your computer will either shutdown or lock up..

hmm... ima stick with passive silent cooling lol my old pc's x1650 stopped and ive never been back to fans. it wasnt a pretty sight. i dont think it had such a function because it just ended in a loss of display and the comp staying on.


The display never returned... *sniff*

oh it does come with ram sinks, its just i had it installed on my GTS b4 i sent it back to EVGA for stepup to 9800GX2, so thats why i was asking if heatsinks were able to be purchased cause i have the old ones that came with it, but they are used so i doubt they'll be good to reattach again.

oh and EVGA's got a 1gb 8800GT now lol
