The card I got is exactly the same to this one -

Sapphire Technology Radeon X1650Pro 256MB GDDR3 AGP8x VGA TVO DVI-I (11091-00-20R)

It has better memory speed and the same clock core speed, and it works. To be honest, I don't think that 256 7600 card I put in there was faulty, I think it was a compatibilty issue and they couldn't find out what was wrong. So, instead they blame the card and try and get me to use a different card.

I'm happy with the deal, as I won't have to worry about it for too long as my G/F will inherit this system when I get my new PC parts and set about building it

X1650 Pro is still a decent card, but that sucks they couldn't have just given you an exact replacement. So I'm assuming this new X1650 Pro works flawlessly?
