E-ATX has 4 screw holes starting from the I/Os, then before the RAM, after the RAM and another one.
The distance between the hole after the RAM and the last hole is the same as the distance between before the RAM and after the RAM, too.
So that isn't E-ATX, although frankly they are stretching the ATX format quite a bit.

Yeah, to me it looks like ATX with an extra inch of PCB overhanging past the right side mounts.

12 GIG of RAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can only imagine how it would feel/perform. Can't imagine trying to time 6 x 2gig sticks. I wonder just how fast the new board and proc with that much RAM could be tweaked.
I like the color and looks of that mobo too.
